If you feel the energy levels are going down as the day goes on, do the dance again. You will find yourself laughing about it that will refresh and energize you.

Appreciate your friends, family, and co-workers 

Let your friends and family know that you appreciate their input into your life. In your journal, make a note of the special people in your life and what makes you appreciate them.
